About This Tool

The Medical Certificate Generator is a comprehensive web application designed for healthcare professionals to create customized, professional-looking medical certificates for patients. This tool supports multiple certificate types, including general medical certificates, fitness certificates, absence notes, vaccination records, pediatric checkups, and geriatric assessments.

How To Use

Navigate through the five tabs (Basic Info, Patient Details, Medical Info, Design, and Custom Fields) to complete all necessary information. Start by selecting a certificate type and filling in hospital/clinic details, then add patient information, medical findings, and customize the appearance. Once completed, click the "Generate Certificate" button to preview your certificate. You can then print it directly or download it as a PDF file for your records.

Customization Options

• Theme & Appearance: Choose from multiple color themes, fonts, backgrounds, and border styles in the Design tab
• Header Layout: Select between vertical and horizontal arrangements for your certificate header
• Official Elements: Add an official seal and watermark with customizable text and colors
• Custom Fields: Create additional fields for any specific information not covered by the standard form
• Logo & Signature: Upload your hospital/clinic logo and doctor's signature for a more authentic document

Printing & Saving

After generating your certificate, use the "Print Certificate" button to send it directly to your printer, or select "Download as PDF" to save a digital copy. The certificate is formatted to fit standard A4 paper size with proper margins. For best results when printing, ensure your browser's print settings are set to include background colors and images.
