2. Getting Started

Patient Information

  1. Enter the patient's full name in the "Patient Name" field
  2. Input the patient's age (must be between 3-14 years)
  3. Select the current examination date
  4. Enter the examiner's name
Tip: All fields are required for accurate interpretation of results.

4. Scoring Instructions

  1. Score Boxes: Click on the score boxes (0) to toggle between 0 and 1
    • Unselected box (0) = Task not completed successfully
    • Selected box (1) = Task completed successfully
  2. Automatic Calculation: The total score is automatically calculated as you toggle scores
  3. Score Range: Total possible score is 37 points

5. Interpreting Results

Click the "Interpret Score" button to view age-specific interpretations:
